Reservations

We now offer a convenient, fast, and easy way to make reservations for all your pet(s) services. Pet Exec allows you to make reservations for boarding, daycare or grooming all from the comfort of your home!

Please allow at least 24 hours for an email confirmation of your reservation. If you do not hear from us within 48 hours please call to confirm your reservation.

Once you have registered your pet(s) you can access all of your accounts information simply by downloading the “PetExec” app from your AppStore. You can update your personal information, keep track of your PawPoints, make reservations, and so much more. You can also access it through your web browser with the following link: www.petexec.net

Deposit Policy

For new clients a deposit may be required for reservations.

Deposits are always equal to one nights stay in whichever suite you have reserved.

Pawsidental, Puphouse, and Mini Puphouse Suites ALWAYS require a deposit of one nights stay.

All reservations during the week of holiday dates (New Years, Easter, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) require a deposit of 1 nights stay. This is for ALL of our Standard Suites, Luxury Suites, and Cat Condos.

Please be aware that if you do need to cancel your reservation and you have provided a deposit, deposits ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Instead your deposit will remain a CREDIT on your account for future services.
