About Us
Two Upscale Locations
The Brock Family is proud to offer discerning pet parents two upscale locations to serve your pet care needs: Five Points Pet Resort in Raeford and Five Points Pet Resort at Vass.
Our Background
Five Points Pet Resort is the combined efforts of the Brock and Cameron families of Raeford, North Carolina.
The idea of a luxury pet resort was created after years of Candace working in the veterinary medicine field. Boarding was always available, but accommodations were small and space very limited.
She realized how many devoted pet lovers, like herself, wanted larger, more customized accommodations for their family members. More importantly, she wanted a place that not only safely boarded pets but would engage, entertain, and exercise them throughout the day so pets were not left alone for hours at a time.
Candace knew people wanted their dog or cat to have plenty of personal attention, socialization, and stimulation. They wanted a place that offers accommodations and a routine as similar to home as possible. That is what Five Points Pet Resort strives to give each and every guest.
More Than Just a Name
Candace and her husband, Billy, quickly realized that there was a definite difference between a kennel that boards pets and a pet resort.
Five Points Pet Resort was the first “pet resort” in the area. In the 21 years Five Points Pet Resort has been open, it’s focused daily on living up to the distinctly different level the name, pet resort, implies. Unfortunately, over the years, other pet boarding facilities have opened or changed their name to include the “pet resort” tagline, but don’t be fooled by just the name. It is the quality of care and accommodations that earns a pet boarding facility the name of a true pet resort!
“We make it our goal to give each guest a Five Star boarding experience!”
